Buffet at Marriott Marquis' Crossroads Kitchen

11:00 PM

The term "brunch" is such a big word in the gastronomical world in Doha, that's why a lot of the leading culinary destinations here are pushing their limits to provide quality dishes in a variety of shapes and tastes. And Doha Marriott Marquis, one of the premier addresses in heart of Doha's Westbay District, has no exception.

I had the opportunity to check what's good with the majestic Crossroads Kitchen, located at the Doha Marriott Marquis, thanks and a huge shout out to the I Love Qatar team and Zomato Qatar. I was totally excited to try the talk-of-the-town gourmet hub, one of the best brunches in Doha, they say.
First off, an appreciation to the ravishing reception area of the hotel proper.

Friday Crunch Buffet.................................................................................................... QAR 245 per person

Final Verdict

Aesthetically-wise, the whole ambiance of the place is ravishing. Overlooking the streets of the Westbay district has some sort of effect on me, maybe. Also, the arrangement of the dishes at the table, as well as the art installations in the vicinity is on point. Aesthetics indeed adds to the overall gastronomic environment of a restaurant, especially to the customer's first impressions.

Gastronomically-wise, the variety of cuisines on a single place always amazes me. I personally love the seafoods and the Asian section (especially the munchkin called sushi). However, there is no "black hole" when it comes to other dishes. All the foods they serve are truly a truly a feast for the eyes and definitely can't miss to taste.

Cost-efficiency-wise, based on the array of cuisines available, QAR 245 is such a great deal. And trust me, they are all palatable and worth the price.

Customer relationship-wise, it was indeed impeccable. One of their crew, Ms. Precious, warmly welcomed us and gave us a mini-tour on the place. It was indeed a breath of fresh air from those buffet houses I've been to. Also, other service crews accommodated us on all our requests swiftly.

Will I come back again? Why yes!
I have this rule of mine that when I ate at any food establishment, that was my first and my last. Bu well, if that establishment has left me a big mark or any astounding memory, there's no reason to not come back.

P.S. Crossroads Kitchen, you now had me.
